ABMC Signs Master Distribution Agreement with Devor Global
Agreement covers Latin America, including South America

KINDERHOOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2008--American Bio Medica Corporation (NASDAQ:ABMC) announced today that they have signed a Distribution Agreement with Devor Global, LLP, a privately held company located in the Republic of Panama. Under the agreement, Devor has been granted the exclusive right to distribute ABMC's Rapid STAT(TM) oral fluid drug test and its Rapid TOX Cup(TM) urine based drug test in Latin America, subject to achieving and maintaining annual volume requirements. Devor has also been granted the non-exclusive right to distribute the rest of ABMC's product lines within the territories of Latin America.

ABMC Chief Executive Officer Stan Cipkowski stated, "The principals of Devor are no stranger to ABMC or its products; they have been effectively distributing ABMC's products in Mexico for over 10 years and they are one of our top 10 customers." He added, "We expect they will have the same success in Latin America and are excited about the positive impact this will have on our international sales going forward."

Devor's President Rogelio Oruna stated, "After 10 years as ABMC's top international distributor in Mexico we will use our expertise and knowledge to take this challenge and further develop the markets in Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
